Mice text on a fabric background

Tuti’s Blog #7 – Mice

The only ‘cat toy’ The Carers bought which I liked to bat around the furniture was a plastic mouse covered in real fur (I don’t know whose…) – but then the manufacturers started to make these toys with synthetic fur, so they weren’t so tasty. The wind-up toy mice on wheels are truly pathetic and not worthy of my attention, but these are all you can now find in the pet-vet shops. Occasionally, mostly during the winter nights, I find a live mouse in the house. This is a great treat!! I like to carry it upstairs and drop it in the old Carer’s bedroom, where I mostly hang out, and jump about after it, until it gives up the chase and, well, dies. The few times I have tried eating mouse, however, I have vomited. The Carers aren’t best pleased as they have to clear up the mess, but then I heard them say they only got me to catch mice anyway…
